Recorded sessions
Tick recordings on the engine's local filesystem. Trigger a mock recording (synthetic SPX session with full Greeks), then compact JSONL → hour-partitioned Parquet. Cloud Run filesystem is ephemeral so this is a per-instance scratchpad — Phase 1.5+ adds R2 sync for durability.
